How do I drop-off my film? 

You can drop off during our business hours:

Mon - Fri 11 am - 6 pm
Sat 11 am - 3 pm
Sun - Closed

You can also mail in your film (instructions are on our develop page).

How fast is your turnaround?

All color film is done the same day, as long as it's dropped off at least an hour before we close. Turnaround time may change depending on the queue. Black & White is a 2-3 day turnaround.

What types of film do you develop?

Processes: we do color negatives (C-41) and black & white.
Film types: we can develop 35mm, 120, 220, APS, and 110.

How do I get my photos?

We send all photos through WeTransfer.

Do you return negatives?

Yes, we do. You can pick them up at our store or have them shipped to you upon request.

What are the different resolutions for?

Standard Resolution

  • Best for everyday use
  • Perfect for Instagram, social media, and sharing online
  • Great for small prints (4x6 or 5x7)
  • Smaller file sizes for easy downloading
  • Recommended if you’re mainly sharing your photos digitally

High Resolution

  • Best for professional work, editing, or long-term storage
  • Ideal for large prints (8x10 and bigger)
  • More detail captured from the negative
  • Best for printing and archiving.
  • Recommended if you want maximum quality from your film 

High-Resolution TIFF Scans

  • High-resolution TIFF scans capture the maximum detail possible from your film
  • Uncompressed file format that preserves all image data
  • Ideal for professional editing and color grading
  • Best option for large prints and archival storage
  • Maintains the highest possible image quality from your negatives
  • Because TIFF files contain much more data, the files are significantly larger than JPEG scans and may require more storage space

What are your resolution sizes? 

35mm 

  • Standard — ~3100 x 2100
  • High-res — 28mb, ~6700 x 4400
  • High-res (TIFF) — ~6700 x 4400 

Medium Format / 120 — (varies by frame size)

  • Standard — ~2400 x 2400
  • High-res — ~ 4800 x 4800
  • High-res (TIFF) — ~ 4800 x 4800
